Bloom Health & Metabolic Care is now accepting Medicaid patients as members. Medicare patients are anticipated to be able to enroll for membership-based/cash-pay service July 1, 2026.

Standalone Consultations
A comprehensive evaluation with personalized recommendations and a plan, for patients who don't need a long-term program commitment. We'll review your concerns, recommend relevant labs or testing, and build a plan you can act on. Examples include hormone evaluations, chronic concern workups, and weight management consults without the full Bloom Metabolic Program. Follow up as often as you'd like, at a per-visit rate. Non-member sick visits are also available at $200/visit — see Non-Member Visits.
Pricing available upon request — contact us. If you decide to join the Bloom Metabolic Program or Bloom Complete after our consultation, the amount you paid rolls into your membership.
